## 2. Our Services

We offer creative and digital production services, including but not limited to:
– Website creation
– Video production
– Editing & montage
– Motion graphics
– Brand identity, logo design, and visual identity systems
– UI/UX design
– Social media content and 3D animation

The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are defined in the order, quote, or project brief agreed upon between you and us before work begins. Service descriptions on the Site are for general information and do not constitute a binding offer until a project is confirmed.

## 3. Pricing and Plans

We offer two pricing models, as displayed on our [Pricing](https://galaxy-shop.store/pricing/) page:

– **Per-Project plans** (Starter, Premium, Business, Professional) — billed as a one-time fee for a defined scope of work.
– **Monthly Retainer plans** (Starter, Premium, Business, Professional) — billed monthly for ongoing design or production support, subject to the request limits and turnaround terms described for each plan.

Prices, inclusions, and revision limits are as listed on the Site at the time of order and may be updated by us from time to time. Any changes will not affect projects already confirmed and paid for under a previous rate.

## 4. Orders and Project Confirmation

When you submit a project request through our contact form, by email, or by phone, this constitutes an inquiry only. A project is considered confirmed once:
– We have agreed on scope, price, and timeline with you, and
– Payment (in full or as a deposit, as applicable) has been received, where required.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

## 5. Payment Terms

– Payment terms (full upfront, deposit, or monthly billing) will be communicated to you before a project starts and may vary by plan or project size.
– Monthly retainer plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Section 8.
– Late or failed payments may result in pausing of work or suspension of retainer services until payment is resolved.
– All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.

## 6. Revisions

Each plan includes a defined number of revisions (e.g., one free revision on Starter plans, unlimited revisions on Premium and Professional plans), as described on the Pricing page or in your project agreement. Revisions must relate to the original brief; requests that significantly change the original scope may be treated as a new request or quoted separately.

## 7. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver your project on time, you agree to:
– Provide clear, timely, and complete project briefs, content, assets, and feedback.
– Respond to requests for approval or information within a reasonable timeframe.
– Ensure that any content, images, footage, logos, or text you provide to us do not infringe on the rights of third parties.

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing assets may extend the agreed delivery timeline accordingly.

## 8. Cancellations and Refunds

– **Per-project orders:** Once work has started on a project, fees already paid for completed or in-progress work are non-refundable. If you cancel before work begins, you may be entitled to a full or partial refund at our discretion, minus any administrative or processing costs already incurred.
– **Monthly retainers:** You may cancel a retainer plan at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial months already billed.
– We reserve the right to cancel or decline a project at our discretion, in which case any unused, prepaid fees for work not yet started will be refunded.

## 9. Intellectual Property

– **Until full payment is received**, all designs, drafts, and deliverables remain the property of Galaxy Shop.
– **Upon full payment**, ownership of the final, delivered work product (e.g., final website files, final video exports, final logo/brand files) transfers to you, except for any third-party assets (such as licensed stock footage, fonts, or plugins) which remain subject to their own license terms.
– We retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless you request confidentiality in writing and we agree to it.
– Draft versions, working files, source files, and unused concepts may be retained by us and are not included in the deliverable unless explicitly agreed.

## 10. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

Our Services may involve the use of third-party platforms, plugins, or tools (e.g., WordPress, Elementor, stock asset libraries, hosting providers). We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third parties that may affect your project after delivery.

## 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
– We provide our Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
– We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
– Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific project or billing cycle.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We treat project details, business information, and unpublished materials shared with us as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties, except as needed to deliver the Services (e.g., to subcontractors bound by confidentiality) or as required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or use our Services for unlawful purposes. Sections relating to intellectual property, payment, confidentiality, and limitation of liability will survive termination.
