## 1. Before Work Begins

If you cancel a project **before any work has started**, you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid, minus any payment processing fees already incurred (e.g., card or transfer fees charged by our payment provider).

## 2. Per-Project Plans (Starter, Premium, Business, Professional)

Once we have started work on your project (briefing, drafting, designing, filming, or editing), fees are **non-refundable** for the portion of work already completed, because that time and resources have already been committed to your project.

– If you cancel **partway through** a project, we will assess the work completed and may issue a **partial refund** for the unstarted portion, at our discretion.
– If a project is **fully delivered** and accepted by you, no refund applies — your included revisions remain available per your plan instead.
– If we are unable to deliver the agreed Services for reasons within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion of the work.

## 3. Monthly Retainer Plans (Starter, Premium, Business, Professional)

– Retainer plans are billed per billing cycle (monthly). You may cancel at any time, effective at the **end of the current billing cycle**.
– We do **not** refund the current or any past billing cycle once it has started, as the plan grants access to a set number/type of requests for that period regardless of how many you submit.
– If we are unable to provide the Services for a billing cycle you’ve already paid for (e.g., due to an issue on our side), we will refund that cycle in full or extend your plan by an equivalent period, at your choice.

## 4. Quality and Revisions

If you’re not satisfied with a delivered project, please contact us first — most concerns can be resolved through the revisions included in your plan rather than a refund. We’re committed to working with you until the agreed brief is met. Refunds are not provided solely because of subjective creative preferences that fall within the original brief and were not flagged during the revision rounds.

## 5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable in all cases:
– Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (e.g., stock footage, premium plugins, fonts, domain or hosting fees purchased for your project).
– Work that has been fully delivered, approved, and/or published/launched by you.
– Payment processing or transaction fees.

## 6. How to Request a Refund

Approved refunds are returned using the original payment method whenever possible and may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
